If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, NADI offers a 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Print Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating your label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
